How can I add new products?
Once you're registered as a vendor, you can access your vendor dashboard. Here, there's an option to 'Add New Product'. Fill in the product details, upload images, and you're set!
Can I set my own shipping rates?
Yes, our Platform allows vendors to set their own shipping rates based on regions, product weight, or other criteria.
How does the platform handle returns and refunds?
Each vendor can set their own return and refund policy. However, we do have a general marketplace guideline to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.
How do I get paid?
Payments from customers are securely processed via our integrated payment gateways. Vendors can request withdrawals from their dashboard according to the payment schedule or directly receive funds through Stripe-connect to their Stripe account.
Is there a fee for registering as a vendor?
Our basic vendor registration is free. However, A 10% fee is deducted from the total sale price.
How do I become a vendor on this Platform?
It's simple! Just click on the "Become a Vendor" button, fill out the registration form, and submit. Once approved, you can set up your shop and start selling.
