Platform Use

Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. Any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to fake product listings or false reviews, will result in immediate suspension or termination.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, quality of products, timely shipment, and any warranties or guarantees they offer. Vendors must comply with all German and EU regulations related to online sales, consumer protection, and other relevant laws.

Consumer Rights

Consumers on our platform have the right to:

• Return or cancel orders in line with German consumer protection laws.

Platform’s Role

fancomart.com serves as a marketplace connecting vendors and consumers. We are not responsible for transactions, product quality, or any promises made by vendors. However, we aim to ensure a quality shopping experience by moderating vendor activities.

Payments

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway.

Bank Transfers: Details provided at checkout. Products dispatched once payment is verified.

Mobile Payment Solutions: Such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Gift Cards and Vouchers: Issued by fancomart.com or Vendors.

Local Payment Methods: Other local payment methods specific to Germany may be supported.

Refunds

Eligibility: Consumers are eligible for a refund if the product is returned within 14 days from receipt, unless stated otherwise by the vendor.

Condition of Products: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags.

Process: Refunds processed after the product is received and inspected by the vendor. May take 5-10 business days to reflect in the consumer’s account.

Associated Fees

Transaction Fees: Vendors are charged a 15% + 0.40€ transaction fee on every sale made through the platform.

Listing Fees: No fee for product listings, applicable for certain categories or premium listings.

Payment Gateway Fees: Transactions using credit/debit cards and PayPal may have a processing fee.

Refund Fees: Consumers abusing the return policy may be charged a fee for processing refunds.

Currency Conversion Fees: Additional fee for international transactions to cover currency conversion.

Disputes

Disputes between consumers and vendors should first be resolved between the parties. If resolution is unachievable, fancomart.com may offer mediation services.

Limitation of Liability

fancomart.com will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our platform or any transactions made therein.

Termination
